My Approach


Together with my clients, I strive to co-create a non-judgemental environment rooted in the here and now. My approach focuses on awareness, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to create an authentic space to explore identity, relationships, trauma, and the many dynamics in between. 

Sessions may include talk therapy, expressive arts therapy, guided visualizations or breathwork, and somatic inquiries as tools to complement our rational thinking minds to reveal deeper layers that are wanting to be seen, heard, or transformed. Dreams are also welcome in our work together. 

I highly value the gifts of the body and psyche, and hold a client-centered approach, believing steadfastly in the client as the expert on their own life. Thus, my approach involves meeting each client where they are, moment to moment, from proactive self-discovery to reactive crisis care. 

With curiosity, compassion, and playfulness, we will cultivate your innate aliveness to learn about who you have been, who you currently are, and who you want to be.
